A Forthcoming Digital Catalogue Raisonné
Our mission is to create a free and complete digital catalogue raisonné of the paintings and works on paper of Edgar Degas. Advised by an international board of experts on the artist and his era, the project will incorporate current and contemporary scholarship, technical studies, and the advantages of digital cataloguing technology into a century of existing research to offer an updated, critical approach to cataloguing Degas' works.
